Frequently Asked Questions

Accident Benefits help pay for certain expenses if you are injured in a motor vehicle accident. These benefits are available no matter who caused the accident. They can help cover treatment, lost income, attendant care and other expenses, depending on your insurance coverage

Ontario changed its auto insurance rules on July 1, 2026. Medical, rehabilitation and attendant care benefits are still included in every policy. However, many other benefits are now optional and must be added to your policy if you want them.

Depending on your policy, these benefits may no longer be automatically included:

  • Income Replacement Benefits
  • Non-Earner Benefits
  • Caregiver Benefits
  • Housekeeping and Home Maintenance Benefits
  • Death and Funeral Benefits
  • Visitor Expenses
  • Lost Educational Expenses

This is why it is important to review your policy carefully.

Our training is practical, easy to understand and based on real-world experience. We focus on teaching you how Accident Benefits work in everyday practice, using current Ontario legislation, real examples and proven strategies to help you build confidence and succeed.
